PK INSURANCE AND FINANCE SERVICE is hiring a motivated Telecaller in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. Join our vibrant office team and play a key role in customer engagement and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients promoting our insurance and finance products. Handle inbound customer calls, delivering excellent service and resolving inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities. Follow up with prospects via calls and emails to nurture relationships and close sales. Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and improve performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 0-1 years experience in telecalling or related roles is advantageous. Proficiency in Tamil is preferred. This full-time role is based in our Tiruchirappalli office and reports to the Sales Manager. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Salary is ₹22,000 per month.
