As the first US-based Transformation Strategist , you will be a founding team member owning the entire customer transformation journey—from crafting compelling business cases for operational change to embedding AI-driven process improvements that deliver lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and own the customer transformation roadmap, driving measurable business outcomes for retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) enterprise clients. Engage directly with C-level executives and board members to link AI platform capabilities to tangible income statement improvements. Assemble and manage Forward Deployed Engineer teams tailored to each client engagement. Develop robust business cases, facilitate steering committees, and create executive proof packs that convert skeptics into champions. Drive pilots to successful company-wide rollouts by demonstrating clear ROI and operational value. Why This Role? This is not a typical strategy role focused on presentations. You will have end-to-end ownership of business transformation initiatives at some of the world’s largest retail and CPG enterprises, working closely with senior leadership to ensure AI-driven changes stick and scale. Qualifications Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in retail or CPG sectors. Strong ability to communicate complex AI capabilities in business terms to executive stakeholders. Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers and business leaders. Track record of delivering measurable financial impact through operational change. Comfort working remotely within the EST time zone.
