Courier Guy is seeking experienced Truck Drivers for permanent roles based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Join our logistics team and play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods across various locations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate trucks to transport goods efficiently and on schedule. Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards. Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch, providing updates on delivery progress. Follow all road safety laws and company policies strictly. Assist with loading and unloading cargo when necessary. Accurately complete all required transportation and delivery documentation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s license is mandatory. Proven experience driving commercial trucks is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cargo handling and safety procedures. Ability to work extended hours and comply with traffic regulations. Basic vehicle maintenance skills are a plus.
