UI/UX Designer

At Independiente, a forward-thinking company in the design sector, we are looking for a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela. You will play a crucial role in shaping the interactions of our products, significantly impacting user satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions. Create and maintain design documentation, ensuring consistency across all applications and platforms. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine design practice. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve product design. Monitor user feedback post-launch and iterate designs to optimize usability. What We're Looking For Required: Education: Associate's Degree in Design or a related field. Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a user-centered mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in user research methodologies and user testing. Preferred: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript. 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design or a similar role is desirable.
