UI/UX Designer Contract in Caracas, Venezuela

Independiente is looking for a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela. This full-time contract role offers a unique opportunity to shape user interactions and enhance product experiences in a creative and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design concepts clearly. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements and optimize user experience. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement innovative design solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation ensuring consistency across all platforms. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance product design. Analyze user feedback after launch and iterate designs to maximize usability and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Design or related field. Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong visual design skills with a user-centered approach and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing. Preferred: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design or similar roles is desirable.
