Job description
Fredrick Bolden, LLC is hiring a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our Cleveland, Ohio team. This full-time role offers the chance to work remotely while supporting recruitment and administrative operations that drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination. Conduct onboarding processes ensuring all documentation and training are completed for new hires. Maintain clear communication with candidates and employees regarding status updates and inquiries. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members efficiently. Assist with administrative duties and maintain organized digital filing systems. Collaborate across departments to improve recruitment strategies and employee integration. Provide data entry support and prepare reports related to recruitment metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in Human Resources or Administration preferred. Proficiency in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and communication strategies. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in HR support roles preferred. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency and recruitment success.
