If it happened that there's a problem while I was doing the Green Valley, firstly, I will remain calm and professional and ask the client, what is it that the problem, what is it that is causing the problem, and find a solution. If not, if ever I didn't find a solution, then I will probably report it to my supervisor and escalate the matter so that the matter can be resolved. But what I can do is that I will remain calm and respect the client no matter how shouting she is and also stay being professional until the matter is resolved.
