I'm motivated by the opportunity to learn, solve problems, and complete tasks efficiently. At the same time, in a fast-paced environment, I can say I put my tasks and priorities.
My job involves handling both inbound and outbound calls when there are not many calls in the queue, and I also assist with processing patient applications. Sometimes while processing application, if I notice that an application is missing information, so I put myself, I put myself on OBC outbound calls, and I call the patient, and I obtain the information, the missing information. I get my application completed and I submit the application. And I go back to the queue, I keep taking calls. When comes the time to for outbound calls, so I do the same. While I'm still processing application, okay, yeah, while I'm still processing application, so when it comes the time to call the patient, to do something, I mean, to get some information, some missing information, I put myself on OBC outbound call and I call the patient and get that information, and I go back to the queue.
I remember when I was with the ICares, that's Beringer Care's patient assistance program, one of my patients called and let me know that she never received the medication, and the patient was out of medication. So I urgently submitted an IR, that's an investigation report, and I reached out to my supervisor and I let my supervisor know that I have a patient who had not received their medication and please take a look. I just submitted an IR. Please help me because the patient is already out of medication. And then once my supervisor received my request, the IR, that's an investigation report, and then she helped me out and my patient received the medication around 24 to 48 hours. That was something amazing.

That's what I remember that I submitted on a IR, that's an investigation report to help out my client. I mean.
