Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.. Managing relationships with suppliers, including handling inquiries regarding pricing and deliveries.. Monitoring costs materials, seeds, and supplies, and aiding with production planning.. Managing, invoicing, and communicating with nursery customers regarding large orders or payments.. Supporting farm managers with internal financial controls, such as monitoring petty cash.. Managing staff payroll and timesheets.. Maintaining organized financial records, including digital files and physical receipts.
