I am an electronic engineer in computer science as well, and while my experience as a dispatcher for a locksmith company has provided me with all the necessary knowledge to excel in this type of environment. For example, handling client communications, negotiating pricing, and assigning jobs to the nearest available technician, all while ensuring the team remains active and consistently busy.
