I make sure that I apply myself in making the situation better by ensuring my team players that everything will be fine regardless of the situation, because some situations might need a team leader which can help us. So I make sure that I comfort my team players and give them the assurance that it's only a challenge, but it doesn't mean it's the end of the world. Yes.

I make sure that I stick to the task and check what is the task about so that I can know more about what I'm supposed to do and ensure that I do the right thing by all means and give it my best and be courageous in doing the task. More than anything, I apply my skills in giving myself time to understand the knowledge that I have to give upon the task. Thank you.
