I mix and serve drinks to customers directly from patrons at the bar and sometimes through waitresses who place drink orders from customers in the bar or the casino.. I must know a wide range of drink recipes and must be able to mix drinks accurately, quickly and without waste.. I check IDs and maintain the supplies and an accurate inventory of alcohol.. You must be able to multi-task such as getting three orders out to customers in the casino, running credit cards and being asked for a drink order at the bar.
