Café Manager & Creator Community Lead
Managed daily café operations while leading creator community programming—sourcing, onboarding, and activating 50+ photographer, artist, and entrepreneur partners as brand advocates.. Coordinated end-to-end creator cycles: product seeding, early-access invites, co-creation events, artist showcases, and nonprofit collaborations aligned with brand values.. Negotiated partnership terms with local vendors, artists, and collaborators; managed ongoing affiliate and ambassador relationships with warmth and consistency.. Supported creators through content development from briefing to review; tracked engagement and sentiment to iterate on program formats based on data and creator feedback.. Trained and managed team members on community engagement standards; used Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace to coordinate workflows and multi-channel communications.
