Coordinate product requirements with technicians on specifics and goals while managing warehouse orders and production by calculating production hours, scrap material and production goals. Daily JSA safety meetings. Use PLC powered equipment, Microsoft and Teams meetings. Use welding and refinery experience to fabricate and fix industrial pulleys, bearings, water lines, weld and build things needed in warehouse. Communicate with all management and technicians in a respectful and positive attitude
Forklift/Equipment Trainer
Train new hires. Teach safety procedures. Operate warehouse equipment. Explain inventory/scanning systems. Observe employee performance
Mechanical Assembler
