Looking for remote work in Guatemala City
Currículo em vídeo
High School Diploma. Science and Letters
I've worked as a Tutor and an English Teacher. I've also worked at call centers for billing, payments, invoices, pay cards, and packaging. I used to schedule pickups, work with Customs' paperwork, track packages, perform package arrangements such as redirecting, changing delivery options and much more. Furthermore, I've assisted internal associates and external customers with outbound and inbound calling. The main focus was taking ownership of the customer's issues and queries as it is resolved.
