In a team project, we were struggling to meet the deadline, so I decided to take a lead into creating a schedule and assign tasks and check in with the team members. That helped us to stay on track and to finish the project in due time.

At my previous job, I had to sort out uniforms for our team. So to get it right, I had to make sure that everyone gets the right style and the right size. I had to double-check each uniform against the list. I had to double-check the names and the sizes. I had to pack everything accordingly so nothing got lost. My team looked sharp and they were happy about their uniform.
