Conducting a stimulation programme for children in crech. Conducting parenting workshops to parent. Conducting inclusive education to crech. Provide quality co-odination and educational support on training ECD center. Conduct child assessments. Ensuring center supervisor know and understand management skills. Set up meeting with stakeholders maintain relationship. Represent the Unlimited child in intersectoral forms. Ensure implementation of integrated programmed with other stakeholders. Assist with the provision of content on TUC school and centers(name,places,relevant data ect)to be used in various communication channels,websites,newsletters,social media ect.. Collacting of budget. Managing allocated funds to ECD training and other project. Liasing with department of social development regarding registration of centers. Ensure effective and efficient and economical use of allocated resources(human,physical and financial). On site quality assurance of programme/Field mentoring as per required expectation of the TUC. Keep up to date with new developments field of of training and current curriculum. Logistical and administrative assistance of media/funder visitation to ECD center. Completion of weekly,quarterly and annual report for component. Perfome all other administrative function required.
