Operation and maintenance of 3x300TR, 1x150TR air cooled and water cooled chillers.. Operation and maintenance of ceiling and floor mounted AHUs, compressors, cooling tower, 18 AHU starter panels, 4 cold storage units, VFD systems and AHU starter panels.. Monitoring and maintaining all floor temperature value and RH value.. Controlling and monitoring HVAC systems of AHUs, chillers, water plant and compressor.. Troubleshooting problems in actuators and controllers.. Operating all pumps, AHUs and chillers.. Taking temperature and RH parameter readings, updating the system and generating reports.. Handling 3x140TR chiller and 3 cooling towers.. Managing 17 AHUs, CFM: 8000, 10000, 12000.. Managing maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling and work allocation to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff management.. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of AHUs, chillers, pumps, compressors and associated equipment.. Monitoring temperature, humidity, pressure differential and airflow.. Troubleshooting HVAC and facility equipment faults and taking corrective actions to minimize downtime.. Maintaining conveyor belts and their motors for continuous operation.
