Account Manager

Tasks

• You inherit a book of about $1M: commercial properties, athletic and sports field facilities, and a small group of high-profile private estates
• A dedicated Production Manager runs the crews. You own the client relationships, not dispatch
• You grow the book through renewals, enhancements and newly awarded accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years managing landscape maintenance accounts
• A record of retaining accounts and selling enhancements
• Solid horticulture knowledge (QAL/QAC is a plus)
• Aspire or similar ERP experience is a plus; training is provided
• The polish and responsiveness that demanding clients expect

Schedule

• Generally 7:00–3:30, Monday to Friday

Pay

• $85,000–$110,000 base
