Management & Business Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Management & Business Advisory Consultant to join our team in Three Rivers, Michigan. As a full-time member of our consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in advising clients across various industries on strategic management, organizational efficiency, and valuation. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of client business structures, processes, and market position to provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. Engage in strategic planning sessions with clients, helping to define goals and develop comprehensive business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive organizational improvements. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure quality results and alignment with client objectives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client staff capabilities and knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven expertise in business valuation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with industry-standard valuation software and analytical tools. A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience in a business advisory role. Certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) are preferred. In this position, you will work closely with a team of experienced consultants and advisors, enabling a collaborative approach to client engagements. You will report directly to the Senior Management Consultant and collaborate with various departments to elevate service delivery.
