Coforge Ltd. is hiring a full-time Management & Business Advisory Consultant in Three Rivers, Michigan. This remote-eligible consulting role offers the opportunity to advise clients across industries on strategic management, business valuation, and organizational efficiency. Work with experienced consultants and client teams to turn business analysis into practical strategies and measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business structures, processes, and market positions to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare business valuation reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Lead strategic planning discussions and help clients define goals and develop comprehensive business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve organizational performance.
- Monitor project outcomes, assess quality, and confirm alignment with client objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions that strengthen client staff capabilities.
- Build trusted client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver responsive advisory support.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in business valuation and analysis.

- Three to five years of consulting experience in a business advisory role.
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification is preferred.
