Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an Account Manager who will serve as the main point of contact for our clients. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and maintain assigned clients with assigned clients • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and service updates • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery • Monitor account performance and resolve client concerns • Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates • Maintain client records and prepare account reports • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen partnerships QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or similar roles • Experience managing multiple client accounts • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Accounting and UAE Tax background is an advantage SALARY RANGE (AED 6,000 – 8,000) (Depending on experience and qualifications) HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates may send their updated CV to:
