Compensation

$50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment applications, and account maintenanceMonitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding past-due accountsReconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepanciesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and AR reportsCommunicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issuesAssist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting activitiesMaintain organized documentation and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of accounting or accounts receivable experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
