Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students and families to provide information on admission procedures, course offerings, and career paths. Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand applicant needs and guide them through the enrolment process. Manage follow-ups with leads and maintain meticulous records of interactions in our database. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach initiatives that attract candidates. Assist in organizing admission events and open houses to promote the institution's mission and offerings. Monitor and report admission metrics to assess the success of recruitment strategies. Foster relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduates or Postgraduates in any field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven sales experience or a background in educational counselling is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
