Admission Counsellor in Andheri, Maharashtra

Safal Teachers Training is seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor for a full-time, on-site role in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. In this position, you will help prospective students explore teacher-training courses and career paths, understand admission requirements, and complete the enrollment process. Your guidance will support aspiring educators as they take the next step in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and families to explain admission procedures, course offerings, and career opportunities.
• Conduct individual counselling sessions to understand applicants’ needs and guide them through enrollment.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate interaction records in the database.
• Work with the marketing team on outreach initiatives to attract prospective students.
• Help organize admission events and open houses.
• Track and report admission metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in admission counselling or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales or educational counselling is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.

Compensation and Work Arrangement
