About the role
Admissions and key holder role with Zing Zumm Children's Museum of Jacksonville. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests, enforce museum rules, and answer questions.
- Manage the register and admit guests into the museum.
- Answer the phone.
- Assist with hosting birthday parties or special events.
- Assist guests with membership sign-up.
- Routinely inspect the museum and reorganize or clean exhibits.
- Work with other team members on daily and additional museum tasks.
- Maintain gift shop inventory.
- Assist programming staff with daily programming needs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to maintain a regular schedule of 35-40 hours a week.
- Be organized and enthusiastic about working with a team and engaging with guests.
