Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer

About the role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions within the commerce domain.

Tasks

• Lead AEM architecture, technical design, and development initiatives.
• Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Implement AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
• Develop custom OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and workflows.
• Configure AEM authoring, publishing, Dispatcher, and replication environments.
• Implement responsive frontend components using HTL, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Support AEM as a Cloud Service deployments and Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines.
• Integrate AEM with third-party platforms, including OpenSearch.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor developers and drive technical best practices.

Requirements

• 11+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong experience with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
