Agentic AI Native Product Manager

About the role

GreenSky®, headquartered in Atlanta, is a technology company Powering Commerce at the Point of Sale® for merchants, consumers, and banks. Its proprietary and patented technology platform enables merchants to offer promotional payment options to consumers.

As a Senior Product Manager on an AI-Native Pod, you will own a product area end to end. The 3–4-person pods operate agentically to drive work from specification to code, including research, design, story generation, code, and testing. You will report to the VP of Product and have dotted line access to the Chief Product Officer. The tools you need are approved and provisioned, including Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end within a small, high-velocity team.
• Produce working clickable prototypes within hours of identifying a prioritized intent.
• Use AI-assisted synthesis to validate problem statements in hours and days.
• Own quarterly outcome metrics and the pod's velocity against them.
