Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Olive Branch, Mississippi. As a full-time employee, you will be an integral part of our financial operations within a thriving company. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding accounts payable and receivable. Assist with month-end and year-end closings. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred. You will be working within a small, dynamic accounting team, providing support to various departments across the organization.
