Job description
Requirements
- VISA: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD ONLY
- Must be local to Irvine, CA or within a 60-mile radius.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Administration and configuration.
- Expertise in Jira Boards, Workflows, Filters, Dashboards, Permissions, and Automation.
- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience in Product Management, Roadmap Development, Backlog Management, and Prioritization.
- Strong experience in Delivery Governance, Portfolio Coordination, and Dependency Management.
- Expertise in Agile Metrics, Delivery Dashboards, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Backlog Health.
- Experience with Executive Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Risk Tracking, and Continuous Improvement.
- Preferred domain experience: Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking / Capital Markets, Cybersecurity / Infrastructure / Platform Engineering.
- Strong Jira Administration experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
