We are looking for an experienced Agile / Scrum Master to support technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong Jira administration skills, experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams, and the ability to improve delivery governance, transparency, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, filters, dashboards, and portfolio views.
🔹 Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
🔹 Partner with business and technical stakeholders to manage priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
🔹 Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
🔹 Monitor backlog health, delivery progress, capacity, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
🔹 Develop dashboards and metrics to track throughput, cycle time, delivery predictability, and overall performance.
🔹 Prepare leadership reports highlighting priorities, progress, risks, and decisions required.
Required Skills:
✅ Strong Jira administration and reporting experience.
✅ Proven experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams.
✅ Product management, roadmap, and backlog management experience.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
✅ Experience with dependency management, risk tracking, and delivery governance.
✅ Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform engineering, or technology operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Scaled Agile / SAFe or multi-team delivery experience.
• Experience establishing portfolio reporting and delivery governance.
• Cybersecurity, technology risk, or infrastructure project experience.
