About the role

Nnbe is seeking an AI Engineer with deep Hermes Agent expertise to build secure, autonomous enterprise workflows. You will connect AI agents with ERP platforms, global trade management systems, government portals, databases, and proprietary applications while supporting compliance and digital sovereignty.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate the Hermes Agent framework with modern ERP and global trade management systems to automate back-office, financial, and logistics workflows.
• Design secure, sovereign interfaces for government and authority portals, enabling compliant reporting and data exchange.
• Configure and manage isolated Hermes Profiles, including SOUL.md, persistent memories, and department-specific skills.
• Develop and refine autonomous skills using the agentskills.io standard, turning experience from complex enterprise tasks into reusable tools.
• Use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect agents with external databases, APIs, and proprietary enterprise applications.
• Implement GEPA Self-Evolution to improve procedures and prompts using execution logs and reduce operational overhead and token consumption.

Required and preferred qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and scaling Hermes Agent, including persistent memory backends such as HindSight.
• Strong knowledge of secure API and microservice integrations for ERP platforms and global trade systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying models with vLLM or Ollama on self-hosted GPU clusters, with a commitment to local-first AI and digital sovereignty.
• Familiarity with the technical requirements of the EU AI Act and GDPR.
