Key Responsibilities

• Inspect waste disposal areas and follow applicable safety and environmental requirements.
• Sort and segregate waste to support recycling.
• Operate waste collection equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, orderly waste storage areas.
• Support community awareness about responsible waste management.
• Work with colleagues to reduce waste and improve recycling practices.
• Report hazards, irregularities, and maintenance needs to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Waste management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of safety practices and environmental regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with waste management equipment or software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs.
