Job description
Intellectt is seeking an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician for a contract position in Great Falls, Montana. In this hands-on aviation maintenance role, you will help keep aircraft safe, reliable, and compliant with applicable FAA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine aircraft airframe and engine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and other aircraft system issues.
- Repair and modify aircraft structures and engine components.
- Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to investigate recurring issues and improve maintenance processes.
- Keep tools and work areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Participate in training to stay current with aviation maintenance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency with standard aircraft maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of aircraft maintenance experience.
