We are seeking a skilled Airframe and Powerplant Technician for a contract position based in Great Falls, MT. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft airframes and engines to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems, including electrical and mechanical components. Carry out repairs and modifications on aircraft structure and engine parts. Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations. Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address recurring problems and improve processes. Maintain tools and workplace to ensure a safe and organized environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest industry practices. Required and preferred qualifications A&P Certification is mandatory. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance preferred. Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines. Proficiency in utilizing standard maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
