Job description
Anthony is hiring a full-time Airport Construction Project Manager in Pelham, New Hampshire. In this on-site role, you will oversee airport infrastructure construction projects from initial planning through completion, helping deliver safe, high-quality work that supports airport operations and the passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of airport construction projects and ensure work meets project specifications and applicable standards.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work to support timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Track project progress and performance, report findings, and adjust plans to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, local authorities, airport officials, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with safety requirements and quality-control protocols.
- Prepare project status reports and documentation, including recommendations for stakeholders and management.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate problem-solving to address challenges and improve outcomes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- At least five years of construction management experience; airport project experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated project management expertise and a strong understanding of construction methods.
- PMP certification or a similar credential is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
