AML Actimize SAM Technical & Functional Lead

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NICE Actimize SAM and ActOne implementations and enhancements.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAM models, scenarios, rules, alert workflows, and model calibration.
• Collaborate with AML, compliance, and business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for investigations, data validation, and performance troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data transformations, reconciliation controls, and data quality processes.
• Use Python and libraries such as pandas for automation, data analysis, and operational tooling.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and analysts, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive Git-based version control, CI/CD practices, release management, documentation, and production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years overall, with 5+ years of hands-on NICE Actimize SAM experience
• 10+ years of experience in AML/financial crime technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on NICE Actimize SAM implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Actimize SAM, AIS, UDM table structures, scenarios, rules, and alert workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong database troubleshooting capabilities.
• Hands-on Python programming and ETL/data engineering experience.
