Analyst 2, Demand & Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Support domestic and international transportation operations within a medical device supply chain.

The position also supports international shipping and receiving logistics for employees.

Tasks

• Monitor daily shipment activities and track freight to ensure on-time delivery to distribution centers, customers, and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain ocean freight tracking dashboards for shipments from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
• Escalate and help resolve transportation delays, service failures, and carrier issues.
• Assist in expediting critical and backordered shipments.
• Assist with freight account setup and maintenance.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and support discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with claims processing and carrier follow-up.
• Support load creation, shipment tendering, and shipment status updates in SAP.
• Follow quality standards and regulatory requirements related to transportation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Bus
