Job description
Tasks
- Monitor and track daily domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain ocean freight tracking dashboards.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to resolve shipment delays.
- Support expedited and critical shipments.
- Assist with freight account setup, invoice review, and discrepancy resolution.
- Create and update shipment records using SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
- Support shipping/receiving activities and international logistics.
- Prepare shipment reports and maintain accurate transportation documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation operations preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
