Apigee Developer/API Gateway Architect

Requirements

• 8+ years of software integration experience with hands-on mastery of Apigee X, Hybrid, or Edge, API proxies, OpenAPI specs, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS.
• Proven ability to construct complex API proxies, shared flows, traffic-management quotas, CORS, secrets management, and threat protection policies.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Track record integrating Apigee with enterprise backends such as SAP IS-U, Salesforce, IBM ACE/APIC, Kafka, MQ, and payment gateways.
• Experience configuring logging/metrics using Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Prometheus alongside performance tuning and incident triage.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Apigee Certification highly preferred.

Pay

• $57.00/hr W2 | $65.00/hr C2C Max
