Architecture Design Project Executive

Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide professional architectural consultation. Prepare architectural concepts, planning, working drawings and presentation drawings. Develop high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models and project visualizations. Prepare project quotations, BOQ and material specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors and site teams. Supervise project execution and ensure quality, timeline and compliance with project specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and authority approval requirements. Identify new business opportunities and generate potential clients. Support business development activities and contribute to achieving company sales objectives. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and business partners. Submit regular project progress and activity reports to management.
