About the role
Confidential is seeking an Architecture Design Project Executive to provide architectural consultation, develop project designs, coordinate project teams, supervise execution and support business development.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide professional architectural consultation.
- Prepare architectural concepts, planning, working drawings and presentation drawings.
- Develop high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models and project visualizations.
- Prepare project quotations, BOQ and material specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors and site teams.
- Supervise project execution and ensure quality, timeline and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and authority approval requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate potential clients and support business development activities.
- Contribute to achieving company sales objectives and build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Submit regular project progress and activity reports to management.
