Assistant Manager Production

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager – Production to join our Manufacturing team and help maintain the highest standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate inspection operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor raw material usage, batch preparation, and production activities as per BMRs.
• Ensure product quality by adhering to GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
• Train, guide, and monitor achievement team members to maintain productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and other relevant departments to meet production targets.
• Maintain accurate records of batch production, equipment usage, and process deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a production role, preferably in Cosmetics or Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely batch completion.
• Preferable will be given to the male candidate with the age group of 25 to 40 and residing close to Bandaragama and Horana areas.
