Superfine international is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives Manager to lead our sales team in Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and celebrate achievements.
• Identify market trends and adapt sales tactics to leverage new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and create action plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing ability.
• Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Industry-standard sales certifications are advantageous.
