Job description
Artemis Solutions is recruiting for an Associate Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing commercial real estate portfolio.
🏢 What You'll Do
Manage tenant relationships and respond to tenant needs
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, and vendors
Conduct property inspections and prepare reports for leadership
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Assist with budgets, capital improvement projects, and CAM reconciliations
Collaborate with accounting, leasing, maintenance, and leadership teams
✅ What We're Looking For
2+ years of commercial property management or commercial real estate administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Property management software experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred
