About the role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. You will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships, set appointments, and gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs and present the best ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
Requirements
- Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude are must-haves.
- Prior sales experience is not required; ADP provides sales training and teaches you to use its sales technology.
