About the role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. You will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1–49 employees. The role focuses on signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
- Gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs and present the best ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Grow the business independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
