About the role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory, targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and set appointments.
- Gather leads from established business partners.
- Assess client or prospect needs and present the best ADP solutions.
- Spend time in the field closing business.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
Requirements

- Prior sales experience is not required; ADP provides sales training and teaches you to use its sales technology.
