Job description
About the role
We Are Legal Revolution is working with a national firm seeking multiple insurance coverage attorneys as it expands across the country. The firm is an AV Rated law firm with more than 85 attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes, providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
- Analyze case law, statutes, and policy language to develop litigation and coverage strategies.
- Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery in line with case strategy and client objectives.
- Build and maintain insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
