About the role
We Are Legal Revolution is working with a national AV Rated Law Firm that is expanding across the country and seeking multiple attorneys. The role involves insurance defense litigation, including complex matters that may proceed through trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases from inception through trial, develop case strategies, prepare witnesses, and advocate for clients in high-stakes proceedings.
- Assist with the defense of complex professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction claims.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials in line with case objectives.
- Support business development through networking and efforts to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
