Shows up on time and ready to work, communicates and is dependable, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, has strong attention to detail, can work independently without being micromanaged, takes pride in the finished product, wants consistent work and room to grow. Previous detailing experience is preferred. Paint correction and ceramic coating experience is a big plus. Not for someone unreliable, constantly calls out, or needs to be chased down.
