About the role
An established full-service hotel in downtown Knoxville is seeking an experienced, highly organized Banquet Manager to lead its banquet and event operations.
Tasks
- Lead its banquet and event operations.
Requirements
- Strong banquet or hotel event management experience
- Experience managing large-scale events, weddings, and conferences
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage banquet teams
- Strong understanding of event budgets, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Local candidates preferred; candidates relocating from Nashville, Chattanooga, or Atlanta may be considered.
Pay
