Job description
Tasks
- Behavior intervention specialists create behavior support plans, coach staff members and collaborate with clinical teams to meet the mental and behavioral health needs of people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a master's degree in a clinical or treatment field in psychology, social work, school psychology, applied psychology as it relates to human development and clinical intervention or a related human services field.
- Frequent travel is required for this position.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid New York state driver’s license.
Schedule
- Team members work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
