Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with Autism using fun, play-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop skills, build independence, and reach their personal goals. No previous ABA experience is required. Requirements include being 18 years or older, having a high school diploma or equivalent, speaking Arabic and English, having at least 12 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children outside of family, and being available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Experience in childcare, tutoring, mentoring, schools, camps, after-school programs, coaching, volunteering, or other settings with children is relevant.
