BI (Analytics) Engineer

Tasks

• Own data modeling and production data pipelines
• Build reliable data foundations for reporting, analytics, and future machine learning/artificial intelligence products
• Work with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Improve data quality, governance, and pipeline reliability
• Work with complex production data and maintain accurate Metabase reporting

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science at a high-growth or venture-backed technology company
• Advanced SQL in complex production environments
• Strong data modeling and pipeline experience
• Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another hard science
• Ability to demonstrate quantifiable business impact
• Willingness to work in-office 4 days per week in Denver, San Francisco, or New York
• Preferred: dbt, GCP / BigQuery, Python, Terraform, Metabase, Product and Operations partnership, Healthcare, insurance, fintech, logistics, or another regulated industry

Schedule

• In-office 4 days/week

Pay

• $135,000–$180,000 + equity
